Patricia Espinosa is a Mexican-born emerging artist living in New York City.

After completing her BFA at Universidad de las Américas in Mexico in 1996, Patricia moved to New York City to earn her Masters in Fine Arts degree from Parsons School of Design.

Patricia’s work conveys an emotional feeling born and inspired by her native country as a land of contrasts.

In 2005 she joined the Art Student’s League of New York where she has been working under the guidance of Nicki Orbach, Kenneth McIndoe, Mariano Del Rosario and is currently with Bruce Dorfman. She was awarded the Joseph Bartnikowski Scholarship in 2011.

In the summer of 2012 Patricia became a member of Soho20 Chelsea where she is currently exhibiting in the group show Selection and is working towards her first solo show this coming spring.
